The Master Herder Leadership Model

We are certified in working with "The Five Roles of a Master Herder": an innovative model for gaining insight into leadership and team dynamics.

Natural herders use five roles of body language to get their herds moving and keep them together, without the help of ropes and fences. These roles are universally recognizable to everyone: we see them in the behavior of all (herd) animals and in ourselves.

This approach includes an online self-test that gives individuals and teams insight into their strengths and challenges according to these roles, which provides an important guideline for the focus of our interventions.

Taiwanese government team enthusiastic about training with horses

I regularly participate in training courses for teams and managers of Kheiron CVBA near Brussels/Leuven. One of these projects was a 3-year continuous training program for Taiwanese government officials. Their responses show that equine leadership lessons on body language and congruence are universal: experiential learning with horses touches people far beyond language barriers and directly into the heart!
