Did you know that as many as 1 in 5 employees in the Netherlands suffer from burnout complaints? This costs employers an average of €3.3 billion in absenteeism costs annually. Prevention is crucial, as preventing burnout can not only improve the health and well-being of employees, but also provide significant cost savings for organizations.

Our training "How to stay on top of stress" can help with this. Horses are perfect mirrors to make us aware of our own reactions and behaviors. By interacting with these sensitive animals, participants learn to manage stress in a deeper and more intuitive way, leading to better performance and a healthier work environment.

The sessions answer questions such as:

  • How can you recognize stress signals in yourself and others?
  • What techniques can help prevent stress?
  • Discuss experiences and insights and apply them in your daily work environment?
During a team day with horses, we see a reflection of the normal cooperation. The reactions of the horses immediately show which adaptations work well. This allows the team to practice with what does work, and translate these insights directly back into daily work reality.

Het trainingsprogramma bestaat uit een pakket van online (groeps)lessen en coachingsessies met paarden. Deze trainingen kunnen zowel op individuele basis als met groepen gevolgd worden, op basis van open inschrijving of incompany. 

De training beantwoordt vragen als:

  • Hoe kun je onderbewuste stresssignalen bij jezelf en anderen herkennen?
  • Hoe spelen je werkrelaties een rol bij stress en wat kun je daaraan doen?
  • Welk deel van jouw stress hoort bij het heden, en welke is onverwerkt uit je verleden?

  • Welke stress kun je voorkomen en hoe doe je dat?
  • Hoe kun je stress afvloeien? 
  • Hoe kun je stress bespreekbaar maken?
